Distinguish cylinder storage rules from designed bulk storage, and identify who maintains the supply route.
Fixed propane cylinder supplies belong outside in an appropriate ventilated position. Keep cylinders upright and consider ignition sources, openings and drains. A cellar is not a cylinder store.
